REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY AND INSTRUCTIONS

CHANGE OF MIND

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we will either refund the purchase price or exchange those products, subject to the following conditions :

  1. Items must be returned within 7 days from the receipt of the order;
  2. You must provide your name, address and order number when sending it back to us;
  3. The returned items must not be used and the packaging is still intact. Any clear openings or used products are not accepted.

You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion costs.

Note:

Return shipping costs will be fully borne by customers for non-defect issues. In the case of exchanges, you will also have to bear the shipping cost when sending it back to your address.

RETURN OF FAULTY ITEMS 

If an item purchased is faulty, wrongly described or differ greatly from the pictures shown online, we will be handling it on a case-by-case basis. Our compensation may include and not limited to, refunding the purchase price and associated delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase (7 days). 

The returned items must not be used and the packaging is still intact. Any clear openings or used products are not accepted.

Please note that any additional cost incurred due to currency conversion will not be refunded, and are considered the responsibility of the customer.
