As an experienced online retailer, we understand that one of the main concern of our customers will be the speed and reliability of delivery.

Based in Singapore, we ensure that all orders will be send out within 48 hours after the confirmation of order.

To prevent any cases of lost mail, nilezs will only send out orders by registered mail (Eg: Singpost Smartpac, Qxpress, Ninja Van, J&T express, etc) to ensure a safe delivery of your ordered products.

Delivery is trackable and we will provide you with the tracking number within 48 hours after the confirmation of your purchased items.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

LOCAL (SINGAPORE)

For all delivery within Singapore, it will be charged at a flat rate of SGD3.99. 

As an ongoing promotion, nilezs will also be offering free shipping for all orders above SGD60.
