This WAKIZASHI series kitchen knives are made of X50CrMoV15 high-alloy German steel, hardened up to 57 on the rockwell scale. It is most suitable for cutting cooked meat, poultry and fish. The 20cm blade is long enough to span a large roast, narrow for reduced drag and flexible enough to easily separate flesh from bone.

The handle is also comfortable to hold, making it easy for your slicing needs.
